My name is Kyle Linder, and I’m the founder of Reignite Training, a program designed specifically for busy, out of shape adults who want to build muscle, burn fat, and reclaim their strength...both physically and mentally.
I’m a 41-year-old husband and father of four; two boys, two girls. I grew up an athlete, playing football and running track in high school, and I always saw myself as strong, capable, and driven. After graduating from high school in 2002, I spent a decade working as a military contractor in Iraq, Afghanistan, and eventually back stateside at Fort Hood.
During that time, I developed a passion for technology, earning certifications in IT and launching a fulfilling career in the tech sector. But after nearly 10 years of working behind a desk, the grind took its toll. I became overweight, mentally drained, unmotivated, and far from the version of myself I once was...or wanted to be.
When I turned 40 in May 2024, I had a wake-up call. I knew the life I was living wasn’t sustainable, not for another 40 years, or even 20. I had always envisioned myself as a strong, healthy dad, and one day, a fit and active granddad. That future was slipping away.
So, I made a change.
I dove deep into learning how to restore my health, studying fitness, nutrition, and mindset. I became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and committed to clean eating and consistent training. Through that journey, I rebuilt my body, reignited my energy, and rediscovered my purpose.
Now, I’m on a mission to help other men do the same—without extreme diets, complicated plans, or shame-based tactics. Reignite Training offers real-world structure, support, and accountability for guys who are ready to reclaim their confidence, energy, and strength...for life.
